Allover Behavioral Health - Outpatient Clinic
Outpatient Mental Health Clinic
Allover Healthcare Group’s Outpatient Mental Health Clinic is a full-service clinic providing community-based, home-based, and school-based services for individual clients. We offer family and group therapy for both youth and adults. Therapy is provided in the most comfortable and conducive environments, including in-home, in-office, schools, courts, transitional housing, and other community service provider sites. Non-emergent clients are evaluated for medication management within 30 days of initiating services, while those with urgent psychiatric needs are seen within 5 days.
Outpatient Program (OP) Treatment - Substance Use Disorder Program Services
Allover Healthcare Group’s Outpatient (OP) Substance Use Disorder Services allow clients to attend individual and/or group therapy treatment for approximately one hour, 1-2 days a week.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Treatment - Substance Use Disorder Program Services
Allover Healthcare Group’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Substance Use Disorder provides care for 3-6 days a week, with a minimum of three hours per day, allowing clients greater access to the community.
Allover Adult Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Services Overview
Our On-Site Adult PRP services are offered at the Baltimore City location, while off-site, community-based services are provided at a location of the consumer's choice. The program offers structured group activities designed to develop and enhance independent living skills. The goal is to assist individuals transitioning from long-term hospitalization to re-enter the community and to support those already in the community in maintaining and enhancing their skills. Allover Minor Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Services Overview
Allover Healthcare Group’s Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs (PRP) for Children and Adolescents are designed to complement, support, and strengthen the mental health (Therapy and Psychiatry) services the child is already receiving. Our well-trained rehabilitation staff provide a combination of one-on-one and group rehabilitation activities at the Allover Healthcare Group Facility, at the child’s home, and/or other appropriate community-based locations.
Both on-site (facility-based) and off-site (community-based) services are family-focused, individualized, and based on the strengths and resilience of the child and their family. Specific rehabilitation goals are established based on the child’s needs, a comprehensive assessment, and collaboration with the child and their family.
PRP staff regularly evaluate progress with each child and their parent/guardian/support team, providing monthly summary reports to the primary therapist and other mental health professionals working with the child. Read More...

Community Supported Employment Services
Our Supported/Integrated Employment Program provides job development, initial and ongoing support services, and activities as identified in the individual plan of service. This program assists beneficiaries in obtaining and maintaining paid employment that would otherwise be unachievable without such support. Our support services are provided continuously, intermittently, or on a diminishing basis as needed throughout the period of employment.
Our Supported Integrated Employment is provided in integrated work settings where the beneficiary works alongside individuals who do not have disabilities.
